Nicholas G. Himonidis, J.D., CFE, CCFS, Vice President of Private Investigations at T&M Protection Resources, discussed "Deconstructing Electronic Evidence - What is it in Layperson's Terms? Sources of Evidence and Electronic Evidence Procedure," at the New York City Bar on November 8, 2010.

The presentation, held at the City Bar Center for CLE, was part of a program titled Matrimonial Practice in the Digital Age: What you need to Know About Electronic Evidence and Why, which focused on the impact of electronic evidence on the practice of matrimonial law. It provided attorneys with 2.5 credits of continuing legal education. CD's and DVD's of the program, including Mr. Himonidis's lecture, are available from the New York City Bar (www.nycbar.org).
