New Year's Message from T&M Chairman, Robert S. Tucker

Dear Friends and Clients:

Last year was a challenging one for all of us.  We hope that you and your business have successfully weathered the economic storms of 2009 and that you are looking ahead to 2010 with confidence and optimism.

While threats to the safety and security of people, property and assets continue to grow, we want to assure you that the capabilities and services that T&M provides to protect you and your assets from vulnerabilities continue to grow, as well.  For 2010, T&M is better prepared than ever to respond to your changing needs for customized security and investigative support at highly competitive prices.  Following are some of the T&M’s highlights for 2010:

• We are consolidating our offices in January into one new and expanded space at 230 Park Avenue in the heart of midtown Manhattan.
• We have a new URL address -- http://www.tmprotection.com/ – where you will find our redesigned website containing a wide range of accessible information on all our programs and services and on the security professionals who create and manage them.
• Clients will continue to enjoy the benefits of our popular On-Call Program, which makes the full range of T&M security services and management expertise available on an as-needed basis at preferential rates.
• In response to the recent financial scandals, T&M has created the Investor Protection Program (IPP), a risk mitigation initiative designed to scrutinize fiduciaries and investment instruments for validity or dangers. 
• As a consequence of the increasing vulnerability of information today, T&M has established a Data Forensics division that can reveal hidden files, e-mail communications, text chat sessions and compromised information.
